The service technician was on time, he was so friendly and explained the entire system to me. I asked many questions. He was able to explain it all very easily and clearly. I felt like this was so excellent company to work with.

The guys showed up immediately when I called and were there when promised and were extremely polite and knowledgeable got right to work and did a great job and left the house as if they were never here. I use them for my bi-yearly maintenance as well. I would highly recommend this family owned business for all you A/C needs.

Our home's main AC unit wasn't maintaining temperature overnight. Contacted Dan at DMD in the morning, service tech arrived two hours later, found the problem and system was restored. Living in La Quinta, CA with temps consistently over 115 degrees, a functioning AC system is critical and as always DMD responded immediately.

DMD Mechanical was very responsive when we had our AC go out in La Quinta during the first real heat wave of the year. They got someone out right away to inspect the system and advise us. Same day service and replacement of our AC unit. After calling 7 companies, Dan and DMD really stepped up and went out to our home in 30 mins and replaced the unit in a few hours - in 115+ heat! They're amazing and I'd highly recommend.

I own a short term rental in the area. My A/C broke down the day before guests were scheduled to check in. The house was very very hot. I found Dan online and told him my situation. He was able to replace my A/C that night and the house perfectly cool for guest check in. I highly recommend DMD for any HVAC service.

I met the owner and his son in line at a local restaurant. They were wearing t-shirts that advertised their business, and I hired them on the spot. That was 6 years ago, and they've been servicing my A/C units every year. They are family-owned, and really do great work at affordable pricing.

Recently my air-conditioning unit stopped working. I called Dan at DMD and he had someone out that day to check it out. After they confirmed the issue, Dan had people ready to fix it the next day. During the whole issue, Dan and the men he sent were communicative, responsive, professional and friendly. I never felt unsafe with any of these men in my home. After repairing my air conditioning, Dan and Colten checked to make sure that everything was working well. Dan even checked again a few days later. I am completely satisfied with the work done by DMD. I highly recommend this company. Very honest. Very friendly. Very professional.

We had a recent experience with another company that felt like a sales call. Dan & Daniel couldn’t have been more professional. They had both of our air conditioning units working in a short time at basically the rate of the service call. I would highly recommend them!

Dan and his team came by later, after a VERY HOT DAY, to make sure they got a start on our system. They did not oversale and helped me to understand what I need to do to provide better maintanence, to my A/C units. They came by the next day, to ensure all was running well, and our upstairs has been very cool since then! Use them for your next A/C or heater dilemma!

Nick came out and did our maintenance-professional and in time. They installed our new system last year and we are very happy. Our electric bill has been consistently lower.

Upgraded a pair of single stage, builder-grade, split systems. DMD provided a range of clear and concise estimates for evaluating cost / comfort options. The bedroom and living area systems had separate and distinct features for maximum comfort and control. Both systems were installed and operational in less than two days and the results have been amazing. It was a pleasure working with DMD and their installation crews on my project.
